Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how the Ready corporate learning platform processes personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU-547).
1. General
The Policy applies to all data the operator obtains on the Ready website and platform. By using the service the user confirms they have read this Policy.
2. Operator
The personal-data operator is [Operator: "___", TIN ___, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan]. Data contact: privacy@alrevion.com.
The operator’s personal-data database is subject to registration in the State Register of Personal Data Bases at the Personalization Agency (Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
3. Categories of personal data
The operator processes:
- account data (name, work email, company, role);
- learning data (assigned courses, progress, quiz results);
- technical data (IP address, device, logs and cookies);
- billing and contractual data of the corporate customer.
4. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to provide access to training, track progress, deliver support, perform the contract and meet legal requirements. Legal bases: data-subject consent, performance of the contract, the operator’s legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
5. Consent
Consent is given at registration and recorded by the operator. It states the operator’s name, purposes, list of data, term and any transfer. The subject may withdraw consent, after which processing for that purpose stops.
6. Data storage within Uzbekistan
Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is collected, systematized and stored using technical means physically located in Uzbekistan, in a database registered in the State Register (Art. 27¹ of Law No. ZRU-547).
7. Retention periods
Data is kept for the term of the contract and consent and for periods set by law. On expiry or withdrawal of consent, data is deleted or depersonalized.
8. Third parties and cross-border transfers
The operator engages providers (hosting, payments, analytics) under confidentiality. Cross-border transfer is allowed only to countries with adequate data protection, or with the subject’s explicit consent or another lawful basis. Uzbek citizens’ data remains within the country.
9. Data-subject rights
The subject may:
- obtain information about the processing of their data;
- request correction, blocking or deletion of data;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- complain about the operator to the Personalization Agency or Uzkomnazorat.
10. Security measures
The operator applies legal, organizational and technical safeguards: encryption, access control, short-lived links for learning content, and logging.
11. Cookies
The site uses cookies for interface operation, authentication and analytics. Cookies can be managed in the browser settings.
12. Changes and contact
