Public Offer (Terms of Use)

This document is a public offer under the Civil Code and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On E-commerce" (No. ZRU-792) and sets out the terms of use of the Ready platform.

1. Nature of the offer and acceptance

This document is a public offer. Acceptance (full and unconditional) is registration, clicking "I agree" or payment. From acceptance a contract is concluded between the parties.

2. Parties and requisites

Provider: [Operator: "___", TIN ___, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan]. Customer — a legal entity or authorized representative that accepted the offer. The provider’s full requisites are in the "Requisites" section.

3. Subject

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Ready cloud learning platform: creating courses and lessons, quizzes, assigning to employees, and progress tracking.

4. Registration and account

Access is granted by company invitation. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data, the actions of its administrators and employees, and the security of credentials.

5. Tariffs and payment

The price depends on the chosen plan and the number of active employees. Payment is made in the order and currency stated in the invoice; applicable taxes are charged under the law. Electronic documents are valid under the Law "On E-commerce".

6. Term, renewal and suspension

The contract runs for the subscription term and renews under the plan. The Provider may suspend access on breach of terms or late payment.

7. Rights and obligations

The Provider keeps the service operational and provides support. The Customer undertakes to use the service lawfully, not to infringe third-party rights and not to circumvent content protection.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its code and design belong to the Provider. Learning content uploaded by the Customer remains the Customer’s property; the Customer grants the Provider the right to store and deliver it within the service.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy. For its employees’ data the Customer may act as an independent operator.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The parties’ liability is limited in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Governing law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the competent court at the Provider’s location.

12. Changes and requisites

The Provider may amend the offer by publishing a new version on the site with the date. Requisites: [Operator: "___", TIN ___, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan], privacy@alrevion.com.
